<VAN SHE BIOGRAPHY>
ヴァン・シーはニコラス・ルートレッジ（Vo./Gt.）、マット・ヴァン・シー（Ba./Vo.）、マイケル・ディ・フランチェスコ（Synths. /Gt.）、トーメク・アーチャー（Dr./Sequencer）からなるシドニー・ベースの4人組。結成当初はシンセ・サウンドを多用するスタイルだったが、その後現在のようなよりバンド・サウンドを強めたスタイルに。シドニーのドラム雑誌に掲載されたニセのヴォーカル・オーディション会場で会ったのがきっかけで結成（ちなみにその広告は”セパルトゥラやエントゥームド、そしてフィル・コリンに影響を受けたドゥーム・メタル･バンドのヴォーカル募集！” というムチャクチャなものだった）2005年11月には”Sex City”をリード･トラックとする”The VAN SHE EP”をリリースし、大きな注目を集める。PUMAのショーケースやサマーソニック内のモジュラー･ナイトでも来日を果たしており、またVAN SHE TECH名義でDJとしてもたびたび来日を果たしている。

VAN SHE TECH
Van She Tech are the direct spawn of one of Sydney’s most successful bands – VAN SHE. Michael and Nicky’s discography reads like a Who’s who of the international electro scene, chalking up remixes for artists such as Ladyhawke, NYPC, Utah Saints, The Klaxons, Sneaky Sound System and more. Their ability behind the One’s and Two’s has seen them grown in popularity each time they step out and lay their unique French electro sound on the town.
